Anna is a writer & director based in Los Angeles, originally from Minneapolis, Minnesota.​ Her first feature film, DED, co-written with Academy Award-nominated filmmaker Carlos López Estrada, is currently in production under his direction.
Anna's directing work includes projects for The New York Times, Gia Coppola Wine, The LA Rams, and Finnish band Apocalyptica.

She began her career in theater, working with institutions including Theater Latté Da, the Minnesota Orchestra, and the Children's Theatre Company in Minneapolis. She recently directed a site-specific production of Rajiv Joseph's Gruesome Playground Injuries, and assistant directed The Lehman Trilogy at the Guthrie Theater.
Anna holds a BA in Theater from Barnard College, Columbia University.​ She is represented by Verve Talent & Literary Agency.
